She uses a mindfulness-based and relational approach to help others find relief and feel excited about their lives again.
Hi, I’m Sarah Caldwell, LCSW. I provide therapy to successful, motivated individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression and burnout despite their achievements.
My clients come to me because life has become unmanageable. However significantly they’re struggling with their mental health, I help them find relief and feel excited about their lives again.
My approach is mindfulness-based and relational. While I add in other tools as needed, this combination has proven successful for my clients who want not only to feel better now, but sustain their healing into the future.
I will help you learn tools to disrupt thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to feeling drained, on edge, and numb. You will gain insight into what led to this point in your life — putting you back in control of your time, focus and energy.
If you’ve lost your sense of peace, confidence and joy, I want to help you reclaim it.
